$5 Felines at the Cleveland APL ($20 for kittens)!!! 
This holiday season the Cleveland APL is asking Greater Clevelanders to open their hearts and homes to a homeless animal. While families gather at this time of year to give thanks for their loved ones, we ask that they extend their gratitude to the animals in our lives and adopt this holiday season. From kittens that have been left out in the cold and adult cats that families no longer keep to cats from hoarding cases, the Cleveland APL has hundreds of healthy, friendly, deserving felines who are just waiting for their chance to have a home and be loved by someone again.
To that end, the Cleveland APL will help families to find the feline love of their life for only $5! This Friday, November 11th from 11 am – 6:30 pm and Saturday November 12, from 10 am – 5 pm, the Cleveland APL will reduce its adoption fees to $5.00 for all cats 5 months old and up and $20 for cats younger than 5 months old. (Regular adoption fees are $95 for kittens, $45 for adult cats).
“We usually start to see a slow down in the number of cats coming in to our facility as the temperatures start to drop, but that hasn’t happened yet this year As a result, we have hundreds of cats who are happy, healthy and in need of warm, loving homes for the holidays. And as we don’t euthanize healthy, friendly animals to make space for incoming animals, we’re now struggling to bring in the new cats who need our help. So we’re asking families to start planning for the holidays and show thanks for our animal friends by helping us to rescue not just one cat by coming in to adopt, but also the cat who needs to come in to the APL so it can have its second chance, too. In exchange, you’ll receive a lifetime of unconditional love … and for ONLY $5.00!”
All dogs and cats are spayed or neutered, tested for heartworm or FeLV/FIV, have received age-appropriate vaccinations, treatment for worms and fleas, and come with helpful species-specific animal care information, a free starter bag of Hill’s Science Diet® pet food, 30 days of free ShelterCare pet health insurance, and a free initial veterinary exam.
