Back by Popular Demand to Help Local APL
Four custom-made doghouses will be auctioned off at the upcoming 2013 NARI Remodel Ohio Home Improvement Show, presented by Sherwin-Williams. The show starts Thursday, January 17th and runs through Sunday, January 20th at the IX Center. “Each doghouse has a distinctly different style and all were designed and made by award-winning contractors who are participating in the show,” said Kathy Masterson, Executive Director of the Greater Cleveland Chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI). Custom Dog houses The contractors who are donating their time, labor and materials include Absolute Roofing and Construction (Parma), One Man and a Hammer (Mentor), Paradise Renovation and Repair (Southington, Ohio) and Toth Painting Solutions (Parma). Masterson says attendees will be able to submit their bid by going to the “Attractions” link at www.RemodelOhio.org. All the money will then be donated to the Cleveland Animal Protective League. “The APL is a non-profit organization and gets no government money. All their money comes from fundraising, donations and service fees. We know this will be a big help for them,” said Masterson, who presented a $2,500 check to the APL as a result of last year’s auction. Tickets for the 2013 NARI Remodel Ohio Home Improvement Show, presented by Sherwin-Williams are $14.00 for Adults with discount coupons available at www.RemodelOhio.org and at local Sherwin-Williams stores.

The auction for the four doghouses goes LIVE at 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 15 and will end at 5:00 p.m. Sunday, January 20.
The doghouses will be on display at the 2013 RemodelOhio Show taking place at the I-X Center in Cleveland, Ohio Thursday, January 17th through Sunday, January 20th. These doghouse are for PICK-UP ONLY and will NOT BE DELIVERED and/or SHIPPED. The person with the winning bid MUST pick up the doghouse from the I-X Center in Cleveland, Ohio by 5pm on Monday, January 21, 2013. NO EXCEPTIONS. The I-X Center and/or the RemodelOhio Show will not be responsible for the doghouse if not picked-up by Monday, January 21, 2013 at 5pm Eastern Standard Time.
