Ron & Eric are completely set up to provide IT support remotely. We are prepared with:

      • Administration access to our servers – with the ability to power on/off remotely
      • Administration access to 365 user / workstation IT tech support
      • Initiate MCPc remote tech support – available 24/7
Eric may be at the facility on selected days to focus on any facility network needs that may require attention – as this situation develops.
