Help Keep Pets and Families Together
The Community Animal Retention Effort (Project CARE) provides support to Cleveland pet owners facing financial or other hardships, helping them access the resources they need to keep their beloved pets at home. Project CARE focuses on building lasting relationships with pet owners and connecting families with affordable services and resources before a crisis leads to pet surrender or shelter intake.
