The Cleveland Animal Protective League (APL) Board of Directors is pleased to announce the creation of the Sharon Harvey project CARE Fund in honor of retiring President & CEO Sharon Harvey.
Gifts to the fund will support project CARE (Community Animal Retention Effort), a program dedicated to helping Cleveland pet families keep their beloved companions during times of hardship. For nearly 20 years, Harvey has provided outstanding leadership to the Cleveland APL, helping to shape the organization’s programs, services, and commitment to strengthening the human-animal bond.
Through project CARE, the Cleveland APL provides resources to financially qualified pet families in Cleveland, including vaccination and wellness clinics, pet food and supplies, temporary housing, and other assistance designed to help families keep their pets healthy and safely in their homes.
Your gift will help provide life-changing and, at times, lifesaving support to pets and families in need. Together, we can help keep pets healthy, happy and where they belong — with the people who love them.
