If your PIN is not working or if you have been locked out, you must speak with an ODJFS staff member to verify your identity and request a new temporary PIN. Please ask claimants to let the CSR know to verify HOW they are receiving a pin reset (Email or mailing address).  Please call 1-866-962-4064 for assistance. Staff are available 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. weekdays and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturdays.
