Project CARE Pet Food Pantry Volunteer
Do you have a desire to help animals in our community by gaining and giving necessary pet food resources? Our Project CARE Pet Food Pantry Volunteers do just that. Volunteers help to load, transport, sort, and distribute resources to families and pets in need of support at the APL or other various locations such as the Greater Cleveland Food Bank.
Schedules of distribution services with locations are established in advance, and volunteer shifts are 3-4 hours. Pet Partners are welcome.
Project CARE Wellness Clinic Volunteer
Do you want to help animals in need receive basic veterinary care like vaccines? Our Project CARE Wellness Clinic Volunteers help staff and run clinics efficiently that provide preventative care to animals in need. Clinics may be held at the APL or off-site at different locations throughout our community. Volunteers help greet clients, help client’s complete necessary paperwork, manage and direct the line of clients with animals needed services, and answer any general questions.
Schedule of clinics is published in advance, and volunteer shifts are approximately 4-6 hours. Pet Partners are welcome.
