Plan a Community Event for the Cleveland APL

Thank you for your interest in supporting the Cleveland Animal Protective League! Whether you’re planning a fundraiser, a donation drive, or an off-site adoption, this form will help us review your request and coordinate with you.

Important: No event will be considered unless this form is completed. Please submit your request at least 30 days before your event to give our team enough time to review and plan. Submissions received sooner than 30 days may still be considered, but we cannot guarantee accommodation, and it will depend on the type and logistics of your event.

Selecting the Adoption Event option indicates you are requesting adoptable animals at your event. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but availability cannot be guaranteed.
