Rockin Adoption Radiothon

Cleveland, OH (May 4, 2015) – The Cleveland Animal Protective League and Q104 are teaming up for the 10th Annual Pledge for Pets Radiothon.  On May 8th and 9th, Q104’s morning show team will be broadcasting live from the Cleveland APL to raise money for homeless animals.  This year, in an effort to help even more animals, the APL is hosting a Rockin’ Rescue weekend in conjunction with Radiothon and reducing its adoption fees for cats and kittens.

On Friday, May 8th, and Saturday, May 9th, at our adoption center in Tremont, you can adopt one adult cat over the age of 5 months for only $10.40.  Kittens under 5 months will be available for adoption for $104.

“We have so many great animals available for adoption and we want people to know about it,” said Sharon Harvey, President & CEO of the Cleveland APL.  “That’s why we decided to add to the excitement already happening at the APL during the Q104 Pledge for Pets Radiothon and turn this weekend into an adoption celebration, too!  So come down to the shelter to enjoy Q104’s morning show team live on-air and then take a wonderful new companion home with you.”

All adoptable animals can be seen at www.ClevelandAPL.org or on our free adoption app available on iOS and Android.
