March Meowness at the Cleveland APL
Cats Available for Adoption for only $16
CLEVELAND, OH (March 4, 2015) –The cats at the Cleveland Animal Protective League are celebrating a March Madness that’s all their own, and we’re calling it March Meowness! Everyday these cats are competing with each other to win the heart of someone who is looking for that special companion. If you adopt and make one of our cats your MVP, you’re sure to score big with a lifetime of love!
We have more than 16 sweet cats vying for the win, and the competition is heating up: Beginning this Friday, March 6, through Thursday, March 19, select adult cats 1 year and older will be available for adoption for only $16 at both our adoption center in Tremont located at 1729 Willey Avenue, as well as at our Everyday Adoption Center located in the Parma PetSmart® store at 6870 Ridge Road. Regular adoption fees are $45 for adult cats.
“Each and every one of our cats is sweet,” says Sharon Harvey, President and CEO of the Cleveland APL, “so the competition to be the chosen one to go home is often heated. But, they have a can-do attitude, keep their whiskers in the game, and always try to put their best paw forward. We keep catching them doing “practice drills” so they can master plays such as the paw reach, the big purr, and the head butt. All they really want is to move to the next “bracket” and into someone’s heart and home, and to help them with their quest, we’re lowering our adoption fees.”
