Paw-sonal Bests: Super Smash Bros. Melee Tournament at Bar Lucci

Join Bar Lucci in Kent, Ohio, and the Ohio Super Smash Bros. Melee community for an exciting video-game competition and charity stream benefiting the Cleveland Animal Protective League! Since 2022, Bar Lucci has hosted these popular gaming events, and this year, a portion of the proceeds will directly support animals in need at the Cleveland APL. Entry fee to compete is $5 per person. (Must be 21+)

There will also be adoptable animals on-site for a portion of the event afternoon.

How You Can Help

50/50 Raffle
Donations from the 50/50 raffle will be collected by the event organizers and delivered to the Cleveland APL following the event.

Drink Donations
Bar Lucci will donate $1 from every well drink sold during the tournament to support the APL’s life-saving work.

Online Support
Not able to attend in person? Tune into the live stream on January 31st and donate through the APL’s PayPal Giving Fund, where contributions will be tracked in real time throughout the event.

Whether you’re competing, spectating, or supporting online, your participation helps provide care, shelter, and second chances for animals in our community. Attendees are only required to register if they are competing.
