To continue achieving our goal of 100% placement of adoptable animals, the Cleveland APL hosts and promotes a variety of events to help our furry friends and to raise funds for our life-saving programs. We thank all of you who continue to support us by attendance, sponsorship, and direct donations . . . you truly do help us make a difference for the animals!

Cold Noses, Warm Hearts Fur Ball

Our Cold Noses, Warm Hearts Fur Ball gala is one of Cleveland’s premier fund-raising events!  This year’s event will be held on Saturday, November 1, 2014, at the InterContinental Hotel Cleveland.  The generosity of our community is the key to making this evening a success and we hope you can be a part of this wonderful night.

Q104’s Pledge for Pets Radiothon

Our Pledge for Pets Radiothon consists of a 2 day long broadcast from Q104’s Fee’s Kompany Morning Show. During the Radiothon, listeners are treated to heartwarming stories of survival and happy endings with the hope that they will be inspired to call-in and make a gift that will change the life of a homeless animal, or even to come down and meet Fee’s Kompany and adopt their new best friend. Q104’s Pledge for Pets Radiothon is now in its 9th year and has raised over $1 million for the APL!

WKYC’s Fur-Get-Me-Not Telethon

Our Fur-Get-Me-Not Telethon features the APL live on air every hour with WKYC Channel 3, which raises funds to help the homeless animals at the Cleveland APL. This hourly broadcast from the Cleveland Animal Protective League showcases the diverse and meaningful work the Cleveland APL does to rescue, heal, nurture, adopt and advocate for our community and its animals in need. All funds raised directly benefit the Cleveland APL.
