Pre-Adoption Veterinary Treatments
All cats and dogs adopted from the Cleveland APL are altered (spayed or neutered), examined by a veterinarian and have received preliminary vaccinations. All cats and dogs adopted from the Cleveland Animal Protective League are given the following treatments:

DA2PP- A combination vaccine used as an aid in the prevention of canine distemper, infectious canine hepatitis, respiratory disease caused by canine adenovirus type 2, canine parainfluenza, and canine parvovirus |
FVRCP- A combination vaccine used as an aid in the prevention of disease caused by feline rhinotracheitis, callci and panleukopenia viruses |
Rabies vaccination if 3 months or older |
