Cheyenne – Happy birthday in a happy home!
Hello – 13 years ago today, Cheyenne came home with me from your shelter. We were told she was 3 years old at the time, so today we celebrated her 15th birthday! Today she’s a little arthritic, doesn’t hear so well, and naps a lot, but is happy and healthy and loved dearly. A year and a half ago, she underwent surgery to remove a cancerous section of her lung, and has bounced back wonderfully and has been cancer-free since then. She’s been nothing but a joy in my life and we wanted to say “thank you” for bringing us together.
