If you would like to donate an item or service for the auction, or bottles of wine for the wine pull, please submit the donation form below. All auction/raffle donations must be received by Friday, September 25, 2026. Thank you for your support!

Why Your Support Matters
Your donation helps fund the Second Chance Program, which provides medical care and loving attention to animals who arrive at the APL sick, injured, abused, abandoned, or with special needs.
Through this program:
- Thousands of animals each year receive veterinary treatment and surgeries they otherwise wouldn’t have access to.
- Rescued pets from neglect or abuse cases are given a safe place to heal.
- Animals considered “less than perfect” are given the opportunity to recover and find loving homes.
The Cleveland APL’s facility includes a state‑of‑the‑art medical clinic, ensuring that every animal has a chance not only to survive but to thrive.
Recognition of Your Donation
- Your item(s) will be creatively displayed at the event, with your name or company name visible to approximately 500 Fur Ball guests.
- Your item(s) and donor recognition will also appear on our online auction platform, accessible to both in‑person and virtual attendees, launching on the Monday before the event.
